I served as director, songwriter, editor, cinematographer, and choreographer of this musical video. I led a production team of 5 to complete a musical featuring 12 singers and 17 dancers.

Every year, my Christian club (USC Christian Challenge) goes on a spring break retreat to Hume Lake in Central California. To promote the retreat, the club creates an annual musical.

This musical is an homage to the opening "Another Day of Sun" scene from La La Land. My version takes inspiration from the film's colorful palette, long takes, energetic dance movements, and beautiful backdrop of Downtown Los Angeles.
